About the education
This year we are expanding our sports offerings for our oldest campers: in our outdoor functional training class, participants can improve their mental and physical condition with different exercises and thematic workouts in a variable environment, covering several muscle groups. The outdoor surroundings and the variety they provide is not only physically, but also mentally refreshing.
What’s in store for you? Our instructors will lead you through a structured, pre-designed, thematic (circuit) training, with strength-building, mobilisation, agility and endurance themes, as well as playful competitions on land and in the water.
The classes consist of 2 hours of active learning from Monday to Friday mornings. With Funside’s unique combination system, you can choose something else, such as English or Dance, for the other 2 hours, so you can try two different activities in 10-10 hours a week.
