The application process
Step 1: Before applying to work with us, please look through our website to get a good understanding of what it is that we do at Funside camps (learn more about Funside Balaton here). When you are done selecting the position you would like to apply for and you are sure you understood the requirements, then you may go ahead and send us your application using our online application form below. Please make sure that you have uploaded your photo and your CV at the bottom of the form, before you click ‘Submit’. After we have received your application, we will get in touch with you in the following two weeks. (If you did not see the ‘Thank you for applying’ sign after submitting your form or did not hear back from us in two weeks’ time, please drop us a line at hr@funside.hu or on Messenger)
Step 2: We will carefully review your application and decide whether you meet the necessary requirements for the chosen position. If we are confident that you do, then we will invite you to a video interview via an application (Willo). That means you need to upload a short video about yourself, answering 10 questions about yourself and your camping experiences. During this process you may also be asked to provide references from past or present employers.
Step 3: After the 2nd step, we will pick the candidates who will join us for the summer of 2024. Our head teachers of English will get in touch with you via Skype, and preapre you for the summer camp.
To Funside Balaton applicants: successful candidates must attend a full day preparatory training and orientation session with other members of our team ahead of the camp.
